Late Arrivals
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you arrive at the agreed-upon time for your picnic. Our schedule is carefully planned, and punctuality is crucial as we may have other appointments to attend.
If you anticipate being late, please inform us as soon as possible. A $15 fee will apply if you are more than 15 minutes late, and a $30 fee will be charged if you are more than 30 minutes late. These fees will be deducted from your deposit and the end time of your picnic will remain as originally arranged.​
Cancellation Policy
Once a reservation is placed and the $50.00 hold fee is received, any cancellation will result in the hold fee being non-refundable. You are allowed one reschedule date within the same month or the following month, subject to availability. If the requested reschedule date is not among the provided options, a new hold fee will be required. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled picnic date will incur a fee of 50% of your total reservation cost.​
Weather-Related Cancelations:
Orlando Picnic offers both outdoor and indoor events, and occasionally, the weather may impact your scheduled date. It is the customer's responsibility to consider weather conditions when selecting a date and time. If the forecast shows a greater than 40% chance of rain on your chosen date, Orlando Picnic reserves the right to proceed, cancel, or reschedule the picnic. A minimum of three hours' notice is required to reschedule without incurring additional fees.
Liability
Orlando Picnic is not liable for any onsite injuries or medical expenses during your event. Additionally, Orlando Picnic is not responsible for any illegal or criminal activities that may occur onsite. Guests are responsible for their own behavior.
